.................................... The Blurb ....................................
Happy Endings are for fairy tales. Or the movies. Not for real life. At least, not in Claire’s life. Even though she’s starting over, she knows better than to want too much this time. But when she falls, literally, into the strong arms of Hollywood’s ‘it’ boy Josh Wiley, Claire’s in for some surprises. Her plans for rest and relaxation are forgotten as one incredible night with Josh becomes two… And her heart begins to want him as much as her body. Will two kids, one bastard ex-husband, and Josh’s juggernaut career mean the end of their affair? Or can Claire find her happy ending after all?
.................................... My Thoughts ....................................
In Short
- Hollywood Ever After has very strong characters who completely make the book.
- I very quickly got into the book and struggled to put it down.
- Josh, the main male character, is very swoon worthy.

In Long
I have to admit that when I started Hollywood Ever After I thought it was going to be a sweet romance and a nice easy read. Hollywood Ever After definitely has a sweet romance in it but it is also so much more.
I became addicted within the first chapter; Claire straight away won me over with her sweet and shy nature. She has been through so much yet is so strong for her children, I really admired her character and felt like I wanted to try and protect her. The twists which involved Claire really added to the story because it doesn’t really mention it in the blurb it surprised me and definitely added to the addictive factor of the story. It was refreshing to have such a series subject in a book I thought would just be a romance and Sasha really went about the right way in adding it into the story as it pushed me closer to Claire.
Josh was portrayed just perfectly by Sasha and I straight away fell for him! I didn’t blame Claire for liking him, I wouldn’t be able to resist myself! The other characters all added to the book, there wasn’t any character who didn’t have their own part and the story felt complete with all the right characters.
The storyline started pretty much straight away, there was never a moment to be bored and when I needed to put the book down there never seemed to be like a good time because I was always so desperate to see what would happen next.
Final Thoughts
Hollywood Ever After is an addictive read which I found hard to put down. The main characters really made the story for me.
