  2. None of these have been read yet Jackie, my read books (there are around 18) are on the middle shelf under my desk. Behind Morganville Vampires Series. Whenever l read a book l either swap them (on a uk site) or take them charity shop.
Alot of the ones on main shelf are romance ones as l only got into Paranormal a few months back.

  3. I have to hand it to you for the willpower to release the books back into the general public when read, I have done the same with a lot of my books in years past or my entire house would be filled with shelves in every room!

Nice to meet a "newbie" to Paranormal genre, I am the opposite of you have been reading them forever and now delving back into more straight Romance.. Thanks goodness for Paperback Swap here in the US, they have given me quite a few enjoyable hours with older books that have wanted but could not find in a used book store!

happy reading Jodie, your last mail haul was awesome!

  4. Exactly! When l get rid of them l make more room for more books, that's how l think. Also l don't have even enough time to read the books l have let alone read a book twice.
I think it's always good to have a break from whatever you read the most, l tend to try to read a normal romance book every now and then. I then enjoy paranormal books more when l go back to them.
I agree, the swap sites are great!
Thank you Jackie, l feel very lucky to get the books l got last week.

  5. Nice to see your shelves! I love looking at pictures of filled book shelves.

Good on you for passing on the books you've read. I'm a book hoarder. I don't think I could ever part with my favorites.

  6. Me too, l always find it interesting to look at other peoples shelves.
I used to keep a few favourites but l know l won't get to read them again. I can see why it could be hard to get rid of some.

  7. great shelf. I am on the moment asking a friend to construct a bookshelf in my room. :) I've got a lot of books that are just kept in a box.
