Kristi Webster does it again. Drawn in from the first few pages, this taboo read had me enthralled straight away.
Always nailing the balance with her alpha male characters I had a love/hate relationship with August from the get go. His a ba*tard but an addictive one who can also be the guardian angel which is in need.
Winter is a feisty girl who is the perfect character to challenge August and keep him in check, their little battles really had me entertained and often giggling!
The story line is fast paced but not overly so. The secondary characters, including some from previous books, added variety to the book when needed.
Final Thoughts
Another great book by Kristi, she's a force to be reckoned with!
