.... The Blurb ....
What’s a girl to do after being ditched at the altar by text message? That’s right. Text. Message.
How does she pick up the pieces and move on? I’m no Dear Abby but here’s a little free advice…
Advice #1 – First, purge your apartment of all things him—by tossing his belongings off the balcony.
Advice #2 – Do not, I repeat do not, throw anything out into the hallway because you’ll injure your hot new neighbor.
Advice #3 – When said neighbor brings over Chinese Food do not let him stay and keep you company. It’s awkward when you realize he’s your boss.
Advice #4 – Accept his offer to help you with your side business but think twice before using a date to his sister’s wedding as collateral.
Advice #5 – Investigate who your mystery neighbor really is. Don’t trust his word even if he’s the world’s best kisser.
If you listen to nothing else, pay attention to that last one. It’s the most important and will save you a lot of heartache.

LOVESICK IN LAKE STARLIGHT
.... My Thoughts ...
In Short
- I loved getting to know Brooklyn and her strong character.
- This book was everything I hoped it would be.
- I loved how this book so easily made me smile and laugh.

In Long
I completely fell for The Bailey's in 'Lessons From a One Night Stand' and I couldn't wait to spend time with them again and get to know Brooklyn more, she was probably one of the ones in the first book the least amount.
Advice From a Jilted Bride was everything I hoped it would be. There are plenty of scenes of the siblings all together to keep my need to spend time with them satisfied. The charm from the first book is carried on in buckets full in this book. I was often giggling at scenes, the banter and affection between The Baileys.
It's hard for other characters to make a huge impact when thwre are already such but characters which, as the reader, I love. However, Wyatt really slotted in well with The Baileys and definitely made his own mark.
I enjoyed getting to know Brooklyn more, she definitely has strong Bailey genes with a strong characteristics.
Final Thoughts
This series is quickly becoming one of my favourites.
