Books are company for children too.

 Meet Joey! 

He is my 3 year old (4 in February) nephew.

As you can tell from the pictures he has lots of energy and loves nothing more than running around, playing and climbing! Typical little boy. 

After a crazy day Joey loves to get in bed with either mummy or daddy and read a few books before going to sleep.

At the moment his favourite book is his spider-man book I got him. He loves it so much he can read it all because he knows it off my heart! 

 Why am I doing a post on this?

Well this year I wanted to add a few different things to this blog. One of them was guest reviewers! 

And guess who's going to be 'reviewing' children books on here? Joey! 

I have spoke to a few publishers and all seem very happy to take part so I am very excited!

Once every two weeks Joey and his mummy will be writing reviews on his latest books. 

Of course, his 2 year old sister loves reading too. She's a little too little at the moment but I am sure she will be enjoying the books too and maybe join in soon.

Perfect You - Elizabeth Scott

I was so excited when I got this as I have never read a book by Elizabeth. Yes I repeat, NEVER. Crazy right? 
I have heard she is an amazing author and although this isn't one of her top rated books on Goodreads I still think it sounds pretty awesome! These are the sort of books I have found myself drawn to lately. Being honest, I am a little bored of paranormal although I haven't actually read that many paranormal books lately.
Any way, as this falls in my favourite genre at the moment I hope The Time Will Come this year so i can experience my first and hopefully not last Elizabeth book.

I have to admit this was one of those judged a book by it's cover. Along with the title they both definitely grabbed my attention and I read the blurb to straight away become intrigued by this book.
It doesn't sound like anything I have read before which is what I always look for in book. I often find myself becoming bored of a book as it's like something else I have read, unique and originality is such a big and important factor for me. 
Definitely hope to get hold of this somehow!
