Lana Sky is an author that has managed to take me through every emotion you can think of in such an intense form with this book. It was a real whirlwind of everything.
VII is dark, with so many dark, violent scenes. I did find these tested me and really pushed me to my limit because of the violence. That said Ellen is a character who I have come to feel attached to and I like that Lana has really told Ellen's story just how Lana sees it. Violence and all in its raw form.
Mischa, oh Mischa. You are one dark, obsessed character. I felt we saw some different sides to him in VII, only very quick glimpses but I became addicted to this, desperate to see more of it. His character is one which is hard to like, but hard to resist.
The story line is fast paced with new twists thrown in throughout.
