In Long
This is my first book by Aleatha but I could very quickly see why her books are so well loved and by the end I had definitely joined the people who admire her writing.
Araneae is awesome. Kick ass, strong, fiery and holds down her own business with her friend. I straight away loved her character as well as her different sides, especially the kick ass and caring sides she shows.
Sterling is like a present, one big mystery which slowly gets unwrapped. I became more excited and intrigued by him the more unwrapped he became. The best bit? I know there is so much more to him and that makes me even more excited for the second book,
Secrets is fast paced to the point that even after reading for an hour or two I couldn't put it down until I had skim read a few more pages at least. I just couldn't get enough and needed a tiny bit more every time before putting down.
The ending throws a massive curve ball that i actually gasped aloud at. I did not see that coming!
Final Thoughts
I can not wait to see what lies ahead for Araneae and Sterling. I am actually bouncing on my seat with excitement and apprehension just thinking about it !
