.... The Blurb  ....
Sophia Cova lived a quiet, normal life, shadowed in sadness after the loss of her parents in a tragic airline accident. With her older brother being her only living relative and her anchor, Sophia is sure she’s destined for a brighter future. But that was until she was taken.

Stolen from her mundane, orderly life, she was drugged, and woke to every woman’s worst nightmare.

With only four grimy basement walls and a rancid mattress, she loses her sense of time, and preserves what’s left of her dignity by hurtling herself into the safety of her mind. The men, the beatings, they come and go with no reaction, until she hears one word that sends an arctic chill through her body. Sold.

On the eve of Sophia’s bidding, at one of the largest sexual slavery rings in the world, all hell breaks loose in the mansion of horrors. Gunfire and screams erupt all around her, as panic rises.

Snatched by one monster only to be taken by another, Sophia slowly starts to learn that not everything is as it seems. When secrets unravel, and the twisted game of cat and mouse ensues, The Puppeteer pulls his favorite strings and chaos brews.

Lives are lost while the clock ticks, and only time will tell who will be killed next…

.... My Thoughts   ...
In Short
This is a really unique book.
- So much happens that by 20% I felt it could have been it's own book.
- The end has left me completely shocked and needing more!

In Long
Deception and Chaos is unlike any other book I have read before and really holds it's own as a unique, enthralling read.

It's raw and difficult to read in a lot of places. S.M states at the end of the book some scenes were hard to write, as a reader I also found it hard to read but, for me, this only reinforces the fact that S.M. is a brilliant author with a talent for raw but breath taking scenes which will rip your heart in two.

I found myself completely engrossed in Sophia's world and life, I couldn't stop reading.

By 20% of the book I felt so much had already happened, almost as if it was a book on it's own. The story line is mostly fast paced, in the middle of the book though it slows down a little which gives time for relationships to grow and also getting to know the characters better.

The end has left me completely gob smacked, I literally do not know how to feel, I honestly didn't see that coming at all! It ends on a huge cliff hanger. I did a huge sigh in relief when I saw that a chapter of the next book is included. I wanted to hug S.M. Although it still ends in a huge cliff hanger it also satisfied me a little to keep me going until the next book

Final Thoughts
This book is so hard to sum up, all I can say is this is a must read. You do not want to miss out!
